"一病一优"护理干预在青少年双相情感障碍抑郁发作中的应用

Application of"a disease,a priority"nursing intervention in depressive episodes of adolescents with borderline personality disorder

目的探讨"一病一优"护理干预在青少年双相情感障碍(BPD)抑郁发作中的应用效果。方法选取聊城市第四人民医院2019年3月至2021年3月期间接收的123例青少年BPD抑郁发作的患者为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为对照组(常规护理,60例)和观察组("一病一优"护理,63例)。对比两组患者的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果两组患者护理后的HAMD、SDS评分均较治疗前降低,其中观察组降低幅度更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "一病一优"护理干预在青少年BPD抑郁发作中的应用效果显著,可提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention of"a disease,a priority"in depressive episodes of adolescents with borderline personality disorder(BPD).Methods A total of 123 adolescent patients with BPD depressive episode received in this hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(using routine nursing,60 cases)and observation group(using"a disease,a priority"nursing,63 cases)according to different nursing methods.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,the incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before nursing,HAMD and SDS scores of patients in the two groups after nursing were reduced,and the reduction was more significant in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of"a disease,a priority"nursing intervention in the depressive episode of adolescent BPD is remarkable,can improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
