摘要
目的 探讨菌斑可视化干预对成人正畸伴牙周炎患者牙周组织健康的影响。方法 采用类实验研究设计,便利抽样法选取2022年8月-2023年4月在北京市某三级甲等口腔专科医院正畸科符合纳入排除标准的患者64例。每周一、三、五入组者为试验组,每周二、四、六入组者为对照组,试验组采用菌斑可视化干预方案进行干预,对照组采用常规干预。比较戴矫治器当日(T0期)、戴矫治器1个月(T1期)、戴矫治器3个月(T2期)、戴矫治器6个月(T3期),两组患者在临床依从性、正畸菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数、牙周探诊深度的差异。结果 重复测量方差结果分析显示,两组患者在临床依从性、正畸菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数、牙周探诊深度时间方面均存在显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论 菌斑可视化干预可提高患者口腔卫生、复诊时间及矫治器维护的依从性,降低成人正畸伴牙周炎患者牙周指数,改善口腔卫生状况,降低正畸治疗过程中牙周病的发生率。
Objective To study the effect of plaque visualization intervention on periodontal health in adult orthodontic patients with periodontitis.Methods A total of 64 adult patients wearing fixed orthodontic braces with periodontitis were randomly selected and divided into test group and control group.The test group received plaque visualization intervention,while the control group received routine intervention.The differences were compared in clinical compliance,orthodontic plaque index,gingival sulcus bleeding index,gingival index,and periodontal depth between the two groups of patients on the day of wearing the appliance(T0 stage),one month after wearing the appliance(T1 stage),three months after wearing the appliance(T2 stage),and six months after wearing the appliance(T3 stage).Results The scores of orthodontic plaque index,gingival sulcus bleeding index,gingival index and periodontal depth in the test group after six months(T3 stage)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of clinical compliance scale were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The visible plaque intervention can reduce periodontal index,improve oral hygiene and compliance of patients,and reduce the incidence of periodontal disease during orthodontic treatment.
