严寒地区大面积深厚回填土地基处理关键技术

摘要 以我国北方某农业示范区EPC建设项目为依托,对回填土地基的土方回填和强夯加固两个过程开展了研究。阐述了冬季冻土层处理、大面积土方回填施工措施;通过场地试夯确定强夯施工参数,明确强夯施工技术要求;基于物联网技术,对传统强夯机械进行智慧化改进,研发了强夯施工智能监测系统并在强夯施工投入应用,取得了良好的效益,保证了回填土地基施工质量和安全,提高了强夯施工智慧化管理水平。 Based on the EPC construction project of an agricultural demonstration area in northern China,research was conducted on the two processes of soil backfilling and dynamic compaction reinforcement for the backfill soil foundation.Elaborated on measures for winter permafrost layer treatment,large-scale earthwork backfilling,and rainy season construction;determine the construction parameters of dynamic compaction through site trial compaction,and clarify the technical requirements for dynamic compaction construction;based on the Internet of Things technology,intelligent improvements have been made to traditional dynamic compaction machinery.A dynamic compaction construction intelligent monitoring system has been developed and applied in dynamic compaction construction,achieving good benefits,ensuring the quality and safety of backfill soil foundation construction,and improving the level of intelligent management in dynamic compaction construction.
