可周转内支撑体系在超厚剪力墙模板中的应用

摘要 在超厚剪力墙模板搭设与混凝土浇筑施工中,传统内支撑件属于一次性构件(钢筋内支撑、水泥条内支撑),周转效率低,造价高。论文论述的由PVC管、镀锌钢管、对拉螺栓三个部件组成的可周转内支撑体系无需焊接,制作简单,对拉螺栓取出方便,周转效率高。同时,整个模板体系受力变形满足规范要求,保证了模板平整度,剪力墙成型美观,对类似工程施工中具有使用与推广价值。 The traditional inner supporting system(cement strip support,steel bar support)have shortcomings of high cost and low reuse efficiency when the thick shear wall template was erecting or concrete was casting.This paper developed a reusable inner supporting system which is composed of galvanized steel,PVC tube,split bolt were merits of no welding,simple manufacturing process.Meanwhile,the deformation of template meet specification requirements.The application demonstrate that the appearance of shear wall was nice and the evenness of template was guaranteed.To sum up,the reusable inner supporting system in the thick shear wall template is good in making income and worth applying and promoting in similar projects.
