定型化拱顶模板体系施工技术研究

摘要 针对空间拱顶曲面结构施工中的难点,重点解决空间拱顶曲面结构施工中的支模架体系的优化选择问题;通过对支撑体系的研究,以安全性高、成本低、工期短等因素为选择依据,经过多种体系的对比分析,最终确定采用“定型化木模板+同弧度方钢+承插型盘扣式钢管支架体系”;本体系的组合使用有效保证了主体结构的清水混凝土效果,简化了支撑体系,增加了支撑刚度,提高了整体施工精度。 Aiming at the difficulties in the construction of space arch curved surface structure,this paper focuses on the optimization and selection of the support mold system in the construction of space arch curved surface structure;through the study of the support system,based on high safety,low cost,short construction period and other factors as the basis for selection,through the comparative analysis of a variety of systems,finally determined to adopt“standardized wood formwork+same-arc square steel+socket type disc buckle steel pipe support system”;the combination of this system effectively ensures the fair-faced concrete effect of the main structure,simplifies the supporting system,increases the supporting stiffness and improves the overall construction accuracy.
