运用QC小组活动降低进水塔混凝土外观缺陷率

摘要 电站进水塔主体结构混凝土外观形象直接反映施工水平及管理成效,其外观质量控制至关重要。木配板未充分湿润、脱模剂涂刷不均匀、模板接缝处理不到位等原因都将造成混凝土外观缺陷率偏高。通过QC小组活动,运用各种质量管理工具与统计工具,分析确认要因,制定对策并实施,最终实现QC小组活动目标,降低了进水塔混凝土外观缺陷率。 The concrete appearance image of the main structure of the intake tower of the power station directly reflects the construction level and management effectiveness,and its appearance quality control is crucial.The concrete appearance defect rate will be high due to insufficient wetting of wood distribution boards,uneven painting of release agent,inadequate treatment of formwork joints,etc.,through QC group activities,various quality management tools and statistical tools are used to analyze and confirm the main causes,formulate countermeasures and implement them,so as to finally achieve the objectives of QC group activities and reduce the appearance defect rate of intake tower concrete.
