公安院校基于OBE理念的课程教学评价改革与实践

摘要 在高等工程教育改革浪潮中,OBE理念得到了广泛的认可。从公安教育实际出发,调研分析当下公安院校课程评价的问题,并准确把握基于OBE的课程教学评价体系的内涵,提出基于OBE的课程教学评价改革路径:一是明确以成果导向为核心的教学评价目标;二是设计多维度、具有公安院校特色的教学评价方法;三是依托竞赛示范效应,改革考试制度,进而形成完善的课程教学评价体系;四是建立学生学习效果闭环反馈体系,助力教师队伍建设。最后以“网络情报搜集与分析”课程为例,制定了基于OBE的课程教学评价方案,以期为公安院校教育教学改革发展提供一定的参考。 In the surge of higher engineering education reform,outcomes based education(OBE)has been widely accepted.Based on the teching practice of police education,it surveys the current problems in curriculum evaluation in police academies,analyzes the connotation of the OBE theory,and proposes the reform path of curriculum teaching evaluation.Firstly,set clear result-oriented objectives for teaching evaluation.Secondly,build multi-dimensional evaluation methods in favor of police academies.Thirdly,innovate examination system by contest and other forms to encourage a comprehensive evaluation system.Fourthly,establish a closed-loop feedback system for students’learning outcomes to assist in the construction of the teaching team.Finally,it delelops an OBE based course teaching evaluation plan in the course of network intelligence collection and analysis,providing certain reference for teaching reform of police education.
