护理模式在输入性恶性疟疾中的临床应用及效果评价

Clinical Application and Effectiveness Evaluation of Nursing Mode in Imported Falciparum Mala

目的探讨临床护理路径在输入性恶性疟疾护理中的应用价值。方法收集2020年1月至2022年1月就诊的40例输入性恶性疟疾患者临床资料作为研究分析对象,根据护理方法的不同将其分为参考组(n=18)和干预组(n=22)。参考组采用常规护理干预,干预组采用临床护理路径。观察两组患者疾病认知水平、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果较之干预前,两组干预后各项疾病认知水平评分均有显著提高,且干预组较参照组高,差异明显(P<0.05);与参考相比,干预组治疗依从性各项评分明显更高,住院时间更短,差异明显(P<0.05);干预组随访3个月并发症发生率显著低于参考组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能够促进输入性恶性疟疾患者疾病认知水平及治疗依从性提高,缩短其住院时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application value of clinical nursing pathways in the care of imported falciparum malaria.Method Clinical data of 40 imported falciparum malaria patients who visited from January 2020 to January 2022 was collected as research and analysis subjects.They were divided into a reference group(n=18)and an intervention group(n=22)based on different nursing methods.The reference group received routine nursing interventions,while the intervention group received clinical nursing pathways.Observe the disease cognition level,hospitalization time,and incidence of complications in the two groups of patients.Result Compared with before intervention,the cognitive level scores of diseases in both groups were significantly improved after intervention,and the intervention group was higher than the reference group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the intervention group had significantly higher scores for treatment compliance and shorter hospital stays,with significant differences(P<0.05).The inci⁃dence of complications in the intervention group after a 3-month follow-up was significantly lower than that in the reference group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathways can promote the improvement of disease cognition and treatment compliance in imported falciparum malaria patients,shorten their hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of complications.
