甘油三酯葡萄糖指数与糖尿病视网膜病变相关性的研究进展

Research Progress on Correlation Between Triglyceride Glucose Index and Diabetic Retinopathy

糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病致残的主要原因之一。甘油三酯葡萄糖(triglyceride glucose,TyG)指数已确定为胰岛素抵抗的可靠替代指标,与DR的发生风险存在正相关性,被确认为DR的独立危险因素或可靠的预测因子。本文从TyG指数与DR相关性,TyG指数与DR发病机制的关联机制(视网膜血管,炎症,氧化应激和脂代谢),TyG指数在DR预测中的临床应用方面进行综述,旨在为DR的临床诊断提供帮助。

Diabetic retinopathy(DR)makes one of the leading causes of disability in diabetes.Triglyceride glucose(TyG)index has been identified as a reliable surrogate for insulin resistance,and there is a positive correlation between the risk of developing diabetic retinopa‐thy(DR),which has been recognized as an independent risk factor or a reliable predictor of DR.In this article,we review the correlation between TyG index and DR,the association between TyG index and the pathogenesis of DR(retinal vascularization,inflammation,oxida‐tive stress,and lipid metabolism),and the clinical application of TyG index in the prediction of DR,with the aim of providing assistance in the clinical diagnosis of DR.
