摘要 基于CDIO工程教育中的框架理念,为了改革传统的教育教学方式,通过分析食品机械与设备课程教学中存在各种问题,将构思-设计-实现-运作4个模块融入教学目的、教学内容、教学方法和教学评价中,充分发挥学生学习的主观能动性,传授专业知识的同时提升学生的思想政治素养,为食品行业输送更多的复合型高素质人才,达到教书育人的最终目的。 Based on the framework concept of CDIO engineering education,in order to reform the traditional education and teaching methods,by analyzing various problems existing in the teaching of food machinery and equipment courses,four modules of ideationdesign-implement-operation are integrated into the teaching purpose,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation to give full play to students'subjective initiative in learning.Teaching professional knowledge at the same time could improve the ideological and political quality of students,for the food industry could transport more compound high quality talents,and achieve the ultimate goal of teaching and educating people.
