邳州市气象灾害预警现状分析及对农业的影响

Current Situation Analysis and Influence on Agriculture of Meteorological Disaster Warning in Pizhou City

农业及其所产生的经济效益受天气灾害的影响仍然相当大,加强对气象灾害预警信息的研究与应用对农业产值非常重要。从装备建设、联防联控、预警覆盖和实际发布4个方面,分析了邳州市农业气象灾害预警现状,探讨了预警信息发布存在的问题,并提出了有效策略,尽可能减少气象灾害对农业生产造成的损失,以期为防灾减灾水平的提升提供借鉴。

The agricultural development process and the economic benefits generated are still greatly affected by weather disasters.It can be seen that the research and application of meteorological disaster warning information is very important to agricultural output value.From four aspects:equipment construction,joint prevention and control,early warning coverage and actual release,this paper analyzed the current situation of agricultural meteorological disaster warning in Pizhou City,discussed the problems existing in early warning information release,and puts forward effective strategies to reduce the losses caused by disasters to agricultural production as much as possible,in order to provide reference for disaster prevention and mitigation.
