空间正义理论下的街区边界空间更新设计策略图谱建构

Construction of Renewal and Design Atlas of Boundary Space in Blocks Based on Spatial Equity

边界空间分隔与联系的辨证矛盾性决定着其在空间层次构成、主体利益需求及空间生产过程中的复杂与多元。在城市更新语境下,对街区边界空间内涵的理解应在空间本体的基底上实现与经济、社会、政治、文化等公共性元素的耦合,避免资本介入对城市公共空间生产过程的绝对控制与非正义侵害。因此,文章基于空间正义理论,结合当下代表性空间更新案例,试图对空间正义予以多义性解读,从功能并置、空间协同与运维共享三个层面建构相应的分级设计策略图谱,在物化内容—图化语言—转化动力的空间正义表达谱系下实现边界空间的正义化建构。

The dialectical contradiction of the connective and separative boundary space determines its complex and diverse spatial hierarchy,interests and needs of people and the process of space production.Under the context of urban renewal,it is sensible to understand its connotation with the mix of other public elements such as economy,society,politics and culture based on space itself,saving the process of urban public spaces from the absolute control and unfair infringement of the capital.This paper therefore tries to interpret spatial equity in a polysemous way based on the theory of spatial equity and through current representative cases.Meanwhile,it constructs a design atlas through three hierarchical strategies of functional juxtaposition,spatial coordination and sharing for operation and maintenance,so as to realise the spatial equity of boundary space under the pedigree of materialized content,language diagram and transformation motivation.
