摘要 本文研究了压片法测量载氟氧化铝中的氟含量。通过将冶金级氧化铝和基准氟化钠试剂混合研磨来获得校准用标准样品。通过试验研究确定了压片法的制样条件:5 g样品,滴加10滴无水乙醇作为研磨助剂,用震动磨研磨80 s,用硼酸镶边垫底制备测量样片。方法的测量范围为0.090%~4.97%。方法快速简便,具有良好的精密度和准确度。 The determination of fluorine content in reacted alumina by tablet pressing method is studied in this paper.The calibration standard samples are obtained by mixing and grinding metallurgical grade alumina with primary reagents of sodium fluoride.The sample preparation conditions of tablet pressing method are determined as follows:5 g sample,10 drops of absolute ethanol are added as grinding additive,which are grinded in vibration mill for 80 s,the measurement sample is prepared with boric acid as edge padding.The measurement range of this method is 0.090%~4.97%.The method is simple and rapid with satisfactory precision and accuracy.
