FANG Zhijun’s Clinical Experience in Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

系统阐述方志军教授诊治结直肠癌的临证经验。方教授认为“风邪流注,气机失调”是结直肠癌的病因病机。外风侵袭,内风暗卷,内外联动,继而兼加他邪合而致病,故风邪留注为本病的核心病因;气机升降失调,生理紊乱,汇集他邪,变生成癌为本病的关键病机。并提出“扶正祛风,调气通腑”的治疗大法,兼之明辨分期、中西汇通,做到因人制宜、综合治疗。临床可有效减缓疾病进程,提高患者生活品质。附验案1则。

This paper systematically elucidates the clinical experience of Professor FANG Zhijun in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.Professor FANG believes that“the flow of wind evil and the imbalance of qi”are the etiology and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer.The invasion of external wind,the latent internal wind,the linkage between internal and external factors,and the subsequent addition of other pathogenic factors can cause the disease.Therefore,the retention of wind pathogenic factors is the core cause of the disease.The key pathogenesis of this disease is the imbalance of qi movement,physiological disorders,the gathering of other pathogens,and the transformation into cancer.And Professor FANG puts forward the treatment method of“supporting the healthy qi and dispelling wind,regulating qi and unblocking the fu organs”,combined with clear differentiation of stages and integration of Chinese and Western medicine,to achieve personalized and comprehensive treatment.Clinically,it can effectively slow down the progression of diseases and improve the quality of life of patients.And 1 test case is attached.
