现代学徒制模式下的新能源汽车维修人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of New Energy Vehicle Maintenance Talents under the Modern Apprenticeship Model

基于国家政策的大力扶持,为中职院校展开的新能源汽车维修人才培养工作,提供了新的支持与帮助。中职院校应当关注培养工作的细节,通过创建现代学徒制人才培养模式,满足学生知识、能力、职业精神等方面的发展需求。文章结合教学实践,探讨现代学徒制模式下的新能源汽车维修人才培养路径。目的在于彰显此人才培养模式的育人优势,培养出可满足行业发展需求的复合型技能型人才。

Based on the strong support of national policies,it provides new support and help for the training of new energy vehicle maintenance talents in secondary vocational colleges.Secondary vocational colleges should pay attention to the details of the training work,and meet the development needs of students in terms of knowledge,ability,and professionalism by creating a modern apprenticeship talent training model.Combined with teaching practice,this paper discusses the training path of new energy vehicle maintenance talents under the modern apprenticeship model.The purpose is to highlight the educational advantages of this talent training model and cultivate compound skilled talents who can meet the development needs of the industry.
