新能源汽车轴向磁通电机热仿真

摘要 随着新能源汽车的发展,用户对汽车加速性能的要求增加,车用电机的功率不断增大。功率的增大带来了电机发热量的增加,增加的热量会造成磁钢温度升高,引起不可逆的磁钢退磁。电机的热仿真分析可以计算出电机关键部件在不同工况下的温度,作为电机设计的依据。文章用Star-CCM+软件对一款新能源汽车用轴向磁通高密度电机做了热仿真分析。 With the development of new energy vehicles,users'requirements for vehicle acceleration performance have increased,and the power of vehicle motors has continued to increase.The increase in power brings an increase in the heat generated by the motor,and the increased heat will cause the temperature of the magnet to rise,causing irreversible demagnetization of the magnet.The thermal simulation analysis of the motor can calculate the temperature of the key components of the motor under different working conditions,which is used as the basis for the motor design.In this paper,Star-CCM+software is used to analyze the thermal simulation of an axial flux high-density motor for new energy vehicles.
