This paper designs a device for automatic installation of plugs on the network port of switches,which can be applied to the production of various series of switch products.The equipment locates and moves the product through XYZ,and cooperates with the plug installation mechanism to install plugs in different positions.The plug is fed by a vibrating plate,and a variety of vibrating plates are designed to feed independently according to the needs of the plug type,and are equipped with visual detection of the direction of the plug feeding.The equipment can solve the problem of difficult and low efficiency of manual installation of plugs.The equipment is suitable for many types of switches,many network ports,and many types of network ports,and has been widely used in production lines.
