结构色油漆在车身漆上应用的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of the Application of Structural Color Paint on Body Paint

为探索结构色油漆用于汽车车身漆的可行性,文章主要是对结构色粉在包覆后加入车身水性基漆中,其油漆性能,变色效果,以及修补情况的研究。实验结果表明,结构色粉包覆后再制备成珠光漆进行应用,并不影响其整体油漆性能;结构色粉在水性漆中的变色效果不如在油性漆中强;结构色粉在车身漆上应用具备一定的可修复性。

To explore the feasibility of structural color paint for automobile body paint,this paper mainly studies the paint performance,discoloration effect,and repair of structural toner added to the body water-based base paint after coating.The experimental results show that the overall paint performance of the structural toner is not affected by the preparation of pearlescent paint for application.The discoloration effect of structural toner in water-based paint is not as strong as in paint;Structural toners are repairable when applied to body paints.
