售后备件对重型汽车维修服务质量影响的研究

Research on the Impact of Aftermarket Spare Parts on the Quality of Heavy-duty Vehicle Maintenance Services

重型汽车维修服务在现代社会中具有重要地位,不仅关系到货物运输和物流行业的正常运作,还关乎道路交通的安全。文章分别从维修效率和工时成本、客户满意度和忠诚度以及维修质量和安全性等方面分析了售后备件对重型汽车维修服务质量的影响,在此基础上,结合重型汽车维修服务的特点,提出了针对性的售后备件服务水平的提升策略,进而有助于促进重型汽车维修服务质量的不断提高。

Heavy vehicle maintenance services have an important position in modern society,which is not only related to the normal operation of the cargo transportation and logistics industry,but also related to the safety of road traffic.This paper analyzes the impact of after-sales spare parts on the quality of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance services from the aspects of maintenance efficiency and man-hour cost,customer satisfaction and loyalty,maintenance quality and safety,and on this basis,combined with the characteristics of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance services,a targeted strategy for improving the service level of after-sales spare parts is proposed,which is helpful to promote the continuous improvement of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance service quality.
