内置式永磁游标轮毂电机结构参数多目标优化

摘要 外转子内置式永磁游标电机采用了磁调制原理,其内嵌永磁的结构能够提供额外的磁阻转矩,在低速大转矩方面有显著优势。研究了V形内置永磁游标电机,针对其磁路结构复杂、电磁参数多、不同性能指标之间难以平衡的问题,选取电磁结构参数作为优化对象,采用有限元的计算方法建立了BP神经网络代理模型,并利用NSGA-Ⅱ进行多目标优化,电机转矩和铁心损耗的优化率均达到10%以上,验证了多目标优化算法在内置式永磁游标电机设计方面的优越性。 The outer rotor embedded permanent magnet vernier motor adopts the principle of magnetic modulation.Due to its structure of embedded permanent magnet,it is easy to optimize and control the magnetic circuit,and has significant advantages in low speed and high torque.A configuration design of a trapezoidal interior permanent magnet vernier motor was conducted.In response to its complex structure,multiple electromagnetic parameters,and difficulty in balancing different performance indicators,the electromagnetic structural parameter were selected as the optimization objective.A BP neural network proxy model was established by using finite element calculation method,and the NSGA-Ⅱintelligent optimization algorithm was used for multi-objective optimization,resulting in an optimization rate of over 10%for motor torque and iron core loss,which verified the effectiveness of the multi objective optimization on the interior permanent magnet vernier motor design.
