摘要
“动车组辅助设备维护与检修”旨在培养具备辅助供电系统、低压电气柜、蓄电池等在线监测和故障处理等专业技能的复合型人才,传统的教学过程中理论占比过高,导致教学内容的深度和广度与人才培养目标不匹配,不满足现场岗位的需求。基于“理论-实操-创新”的一体化教学方法充分利用动车组网络控制实训室,理论学习对接实操演练,实操演练对接创新项目,提高学生的动手操作能力和创新能力,同时根据学生画像,打造“分析设计+开发实施+教学评价”ADDIE教学体系,将立德树人贯穿于教学全过程,实现动车组检修技术专业能力培养的目标。
The maintenance and repair of auxiliary equipment for high-speed trains aims to cultivate versatile talents with professional skills in online monitoring and fault handling of auxiliary power supply systems,low-voltage electrical cabinets,and batteries,In the traditional teaching process,the proportion of theory is too high,which leads to a mismatch between the depth and breadth of teaching content and talent cultivation goals,and does not meet the needs of on-site positions.The integrated teaching method based on"theory practical operation innovation"fully utilizes the EMU network control training room,where theoretical learning is integrated with practical exercises,and practical exercises are integrated with innovative projects to improve students'hands-on and innovative abilities.At the same time,the ADDIE teaching system of"analysis and design+development and implementation+teaching evaluation"is created according to the students'portraits.which will integrate moral education and talent cultivation throughout the entire teaching process,achieving the goal of cultivating professional abilities in high-speed train maintenance technology.
