摘要
德国双元制职业教育行动导向教学模式是为德国职业教育的改革与创新而设计的一种教学指导方式,在教学过程中,将学生的认知与实践过程进行合理结合,不断提升学生的创新能力与职业关键能力,行动导向教学旨在引导学生学习与实践的过程,使得学生在学习过程中手脑并用,提高自主学习能力。[1]这种教学方式适应职业教育中学生知识与技能训练,传统的教学模式以知识体系为主,限制了汽车专业学生学习专业课知识的热情,大量实践证明,让学生投入到实际工作情境中去学习专业课,更加有利于学生的发展,与此同时课堂的改革存在两面性,需要教师在实践过程中不断地探索与改进。
The action-oriented teaching mode of German dual vocational education is a teaching guidance method designed for the reform and innovation of German vocational education.In the teaching process,the students'cognition and practice process are reasonably combined,and the students'innovation ability and key vocational abilities are continuously improved.Action-oriented teaching aims to guide students in the process of learning and practice,so that students can use both hands and brains in the learning process.This teaching method adapts to the knowledge and skills training of students in vocational education,the traditional teaching mode is based on the knowledge system,which limits the enthusiasm of automobile students to learn professional course knowledge,and a large number of practices have proved that students are put into the actual work situation to learn professional courses,which is more conducive to the development of students,and at the same time,there are two sides to the reform of the classroom,which requires teachers to continuously explore and improve in the process of practice.
