As one of the important processes in vehicle manufacturing,door welding has a direct impact on the quality and profi t of automotive products.As an important auxiliary device for welding work,whether the structure of the fi xture is reasonable will aff ect the welding accuracy and processing effi ciency.Based on this,on the basis of briefl y describing the technical concepts related to door welding,this paper deeply explores the improved design of the door welding fi xture structure from the perspective of three-dimensional design,hoping to provide a valuable reference for relevant technicians.
