Research on the Factors Infl uencing Abnormal Noise of Idle Charging Engine in a Hybrid Vehicle

文章针对某插混耐久乘用车在怠速充电发动机异响影响因素展开研究,对导致怠速充电异响的原因进行分析,提出了优化电池充电MAP、优化点火角推角MAP两项解决措施,通过单次、批量验证措施有效,该方案可以解决怠速充电工况下发动机异响问题。

This article conducts research on the infl uencing factors of abnormal engine noise during idle charging for a certain plug-in hybrid durable passenger car.After analyzing the reasons for abnormal engine noise during idle charging,two solutions are proposed:optimizing battery charging MAP and optimizing ignition angle push angle MAP.Through single and batch verifi cation,the measures are eff ective,and this solution can solve the problem of abnormal engine noise under idle charging conditions.
