中国特色音乐体系需锚定理论与创作的双航向

The dual direction of theory and creation of the music system with Chinese characteristics

毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》厘清了近当代中国音乐理论和创作的历史逻辑、话语体系和思维方式。进入21世纪,习近平总书记《在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话》提出以“人民为中心”的文艺方针,为构建中国特色音乐体系的建设提供了哲学基础,明确了当代中国音乐的历史方位和发展方向。为了适应新时代发展,中国音乐理论研究亟须把握好音乐理论和音乐创作两大航向,加快构建中国音乐学科体系、学术体系、话语体系,提炼出具有中国音乐的标识性概念和话语,构建中国音乐自主知识体系;中国音乐创作实践需要在两个《讲话》“文艺为人民服务”的思想指导下实现创新性发展,以中国风格的优秀音乐作品彰显中国精神,促进中国音乐派与世界其他音乐文化对等交流,开创中国特色音乐体系新格局,为中华民族伟大复兴贡献力量。

Comrade MAO Zedong's Speech at the Yan'an Forum on Literature and Art has clarified the historical logic,discourse system and thinking mode of modern and contemporary Chinese music theory and creation.In the 21st century,General Secretary Xi Jinping's Speech at the Symposium on Literature and Art Work put forward the policy of“people-centered”on literature and art,which provided a philosophical basis for the construction of a music system with Chinese characteristics,and clarified the historical orientation and development direction of contemporary Chinese music.In order to adopt to the development of new age,it is urgent to grasp the two directions of music theory and music creation.Chinese music theory research needs to accelerate the construction of Chinese music discipline system,academic system,discourse system,extract the identification concept and discourse of Chinese music,build Chinese music independent knowledge system.Under the guidance of these two speeches,the innovative development of Chinese music creation practice should be realized,in order to show Chinese spirit,to promote Chinese music culture communication,to create a new pattern of music system with Chinese characteristics,contributing to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
