价值内涵·现实问题·优化路径:习近平法治思想“三进”工作探析

摘要 习近平法治思想是全面依法治国的根本指导思想,是原创性的当代中国马克思主义法治理论,为高校思想政治理论课开展法治教育提供了根本遵循。坚持以习近平法治思想为引领,推动习近平法治思想“三进”工作是当前和今后一个时期高校法治教育的重点任务。高校思想政治理论课推进习近平法治思想“三进”工作,要以深挖习近平法治思想“三进”工作的价值内涵为基础引领,以查摆习近平法治思想“三进”工作的现实问题为重要抓手,探索和创新习近平法治思想“三进”工作的有效路径,推动习近平法治思想坚定不移进教材、生动活泼进课堂、融会贯通进头脑。 Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law is the fundamental guiding ideology for comprehensively governing the country according to law,is the original contemporary Chinese Marxist theory of rule of law,and provides a fundamental basis for the development of rule of law education in ideological and political theory courses in universities.Adhering to Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law as the guide and promoting the"three entries"work of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law is a key task for the current and future period of rule of law education in universities.The promotion of the"three entries"work of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law in ideological and political theory courses in universities should be guided by the deep exploration of the value connotation of the"three entries"work of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law,with the investigation of practical problems in the"three entries"work of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law as an important starting point,exploring and innovating effective paths for the“three entries”work of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law,and promoting the unwavering integration of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law into textbooks,into classrooms,and into the mind.
