高水位盾构区间锚索拔除方法研究

摘要 针对郑州地铁7号线某区间遇到既有锚索,影响盾构隧道施工安全的情况提出一种处理侵入锚索的处理措施。针对盾构区间高水位条件,通过设置泄压孔,采用开挖竖井结合高压水切割工艺和千斤顶拔除方法拔除侵入锚索。成功拔除侵入盾构区间的12根锚索,泄压孔有效的保证了井壁的稳定。实际工程结果表明,该处理方法安全、高效、经济且对周围环境影响较小。本文所提出的方法可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。 In view of the existing anchor cable encountered in a section of Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 7,which affects the safety of shield tunnel construction,a measure to deal with intrusion anchor cable was proposed.In view of the high water level conditions in the shield interval,the intrusion cable was removed by means of shaft excavation combined with pipe drilling,high pressure water cutting and jack pulling.By using this method,12 anchor cables intruding into the shield section are successfully removed,the pressure relief hole effectively ensures the stability of the well wall,and the hidden danger in construction is solved.Practical engineering results show that the treatment method is safe,efficient,economical and has little impact on the surrounding environment,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
