摘要
以上海杨浦区某高层住宅区近9万m 2大底盘地下室作为分析对象,针对地下室底板、中层板及顶板的构件布置形式、截面尺寸分别进行了比选,从而确定地下室不同标高处水平构件的最优布置及尺寸,同时结合配筋控制原则最终为整个项目的地下室取得了良好的经济效益。
Taking a nearly 90000 square meter large chassis basement in a high-rise residential area of Yangpu District in Shanghai as the analysis object,compared and selected the component layout forms and cross-sectional dimensions of the basement bottom plate,middle plate,and top plate,in order to determine the optimal layout size of horizontal components at different elevations of the basement,at the same time,combined with the principle of reinforcement control,finally achieved good economic benefits for the entire project’s basement.
