浅埋暗挖顶管施工孤石处置技术的研究

摘要 结合青岛地铁建设工程实例,分析了顶管掘进中遇孤石的施工风险,讨论过街通道顶管施工孤石处理的技术研究,主要介绍了在施工过程中遇到孤石时,所采取的相应方法以及在施工过程中主要技术,为类似孤石的处置提供经验参考。因此在顶管施工过程中遇较大孤石情况,首先应探清孤石的大小、形状以及分布情况,制定最合理的处理方法,编制专项处置方案,地面有条件的应进行地面预处理,不具备条件的再采取洞内处理,或地表及洞内联合处置,采用旋挖钻、地质钻钻孔、静态预裂等方式破碎孤石、取出,顺利恢复顶管掘进施工。 Based on the example of Qingdao Metro construction project,this paper analyzes the construction risk of isolated rock encountered in pipe jacking excavation,discusses the technical research on the treatment of isolated rock in pipe jacking construction of crossing street passage,mainly introduces the corresponding methods and main technologies adopted in the construction process when encountering isolated rock,and provides experience reference for the disposal of similar isolated rock.Therefore,in the case of large solitaire in the process of pipe topping construction,the size,shape and distribution of solitaire should first be found out,the most reasonable treatment method should be formulated,and special disposal plans should be prepared.If conditions are available on the ground,ground pretreatment should be carried out,and if conditions are not available,in-cave treatment or joint disposal between the surface and the cave should be adopted.Using rotary drilling,geological drilling,static precracking and other methods to break and remove the isolated rock,the pipe jacking construction was successfully resumed.
