摘要
开发了一种非开挖管道修复聚脲涂料,研究了不同胺类树脂体系、异氰酸酯树脂体系以及除水剂等对该涂料性能的影响,考察了非开挖管道修复聚脲涂料对不同直径管道的兼容性和长距离喷涂修复的稳定性。结果表明,当胺类树脂体系为NH-221、NH-136和E100的组合(质量比为4∶4∶1);异氰酸酯树脂体系为Desmodur N3600和Coronate HK组合(质量比为1∶1);除水剂为以铝硅酸盐为主的粉末状分子筛(添加量为4%),涂层的性能最佳。并且该非开挖管道修复聚脲涂料具有对不同直径(150 mm、200 mm和300 mm)管道的兼容性和长距离喷涂修复的稳定性。
A kind of polyurea coatings for trenchless pipelines repair has been developed.The effects of different amine resin systems,different isocyanate resin systems and dehydrating agents on the coatings were studied.The repair compatibility of the polyurea coatings for pipes with different diameters and spraying repair stability of long distance were surveyed.The results showed the best performance of the coatings can be obtained when the mass ratio of NH-221,NH-136 and E100 is 4∶4∶1,the mass ratio of Desmodur N3600 and Coronate HK is 1∶1,and the dehydrating agent is silicate-based molecular sieve in powder form with addition of 4%.The polyurea coatings for trenchless pipelines repair possesses compatibility for pipes with diameters of 150 mm,200 mm,300 mm and spraying repair stability of long distance.
