摘要
介绍了静电粉末喷涂镀锌板附着力不良、涂层大面积脱落的问题。通过实验室和喷涂生产线现场检测分析和验证,确认原因为停线导致硅烷前处理的膜重过高,降低了粉末涂层附着力。通过模拟停线时间和对硅烷膜重的检测,为生产线提供了明确的指导方案,提高了生产质量。
This article introduced the problems of poor adhesion of the powder coating and large area peeling off of the coating on the galvanized sheet after electrostatic powder spraying.Through testing,analysis and verification in the laboratory and on site of the spraying production line,it was confirmed that the cause was the shutdown of the line leading to the high film weight of silane pre-treatment which reduced the adhesion of the powder coating.By simulating the shutdown time and detecting the weight of silane film,a clear guidance plan was provided for the production line,which improved production quality.
