This paper describes the status of human lung cancer organoids cultivation technology and relative standards in China,and analyzes the keys technical requirements in the standard“Technical specification for culture of patient-derived lung cancer organoids”(T/SHSYCXH 12-2022),mainly focusing on several aspects of the standard,such as the acquisition and transportation of lung cancer tissue sample,primary culture and subculture,cryopreservation and post-thaw cultivation detection index of lung cancer organoids,etc.The paper provides an outlook on the application of the standard.
