美国道路限速值设置专家系统开发的特点与启示

摘要 美国道路限速值设置专家系统2.0版是目前决策规则设计最为系统的限速值设置专家系统之一。该系统的主要特点是,以驾驶人速度选择行为为基础,将三个速度值作为限速值设置决策过程中的选项;决策规则开发期间,既考虑了道路的几何、交通和环境特征,又考虑了交通事故特征;决策规则的透明性等。同时,作者从限速值设置实践角度,也发现了该系统的不足,并提出了相应的改进建议。 USLIMITS2 is currently one of the most systematic expert systems for setting speed limits in terms of decision rules.Main characteristics of the system include:To take speed choice behavior of vehicle drivers for a foundation,and to take three kinds of speeds as options in the decision processes of setting speed limits;During the development of decision rules,not only consider geometry/traffic/environment characteristics of roads,but also consider traffic accident characteristics of roads;Transparency of decision rules,etc.Meanwhile,the author of the paper also found some deficiencies of the system from the perspective of practices on setting speed limits,and provided corresponding recommendations.
