汽车电子数据在交通事故鉴定中的思考与实践

摘要 随着汽车智能化、网联化的普及应用,车内存储的各类电子数据也愈发增多,在交通事故鉴定中起到了巨大作用。本文调研了基于汽车电子数据进行交通事故鉴定的现状,深入研究汽车电子数据后将其归纳为7类,包括EDR、T-BOX、VDR、行车记录仪、ADAS存储模块、车载信息娱乐系统、智能后视镜,并对7类汽车电子数据的来源、存储方式、主要数据项进行了研究与汇总。立足交通事故鉴定,对汽车电子数据的取证方式、取证工具进行了详细分析,并介绍了两个具有代表性的真实案例,为交通事故鉴定者提供了理论依据及实践经验。 With the widespread application of automobile intelligence and vehicle connectivity,the variety of electronic data stored within vehicles has been growing exponentially.Such data has become of immense value in traffic accident identification.This paper investigates the current status of traffic accident identification based on automobile electronic data.A thorough research of this data categorizes it into seven types:EDR(Event Data Recorder),T-BOX(Telematics Box),VDR(Vehicle Data Recorder),dash cams,ADAS(Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)storage modules,in-car infotainment systems,and smart rearview mirrors.We have researched and summarized the origins,storage methods,and primary data items of these seven types of electronic data.From the perspective of traffic accident identification,this paper offers a detailed analysis on the methods and tools for data extraction and presents two representative real-life cases.This work aims to provide a theoretical foundation and practical experience for those involved in traffic accident identification.
