关节镜下外侧盘状半月板部分切除术结合下肢力线对齐治疗外侧盘状半月板患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of arthroscopic lateral discoid meniscus partial resection combined with lower limb forcewire alignment in the treatment of patients with lateral discoid meniscus

目的探讨关节镜下外侧盘状半月板部分切除术结合下肢力线对齐治疗外侧盘状半月板患者的临床效果。方法根据1∶1随机数字表法将102例外侧盘状半月板患者分为对照组和研究组,各51例。对照组给予单纯关节镜下外侧盘状半月板部分切除术治疗,研究组给予关节镜下外侧盘状半月板部分切除术结合下肢力线对齐治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果术后1个月、1年,研究组的下肢力线短于对照组,Lysholm、国际膝关节评分委员会(IKDC)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的术后住院时间无显著差异(P=0.074)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下外侧盘状半月板部分切除术结合下肢力线对齐治疗外侧盘状半月板患者的效果良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic lateral discoid meniscus partial resection combined with lower limb forcewire alignment in the treatment of patients with lateral discoid meniscus.Methods A total of 102 patients with lateral discoid meniscus were divided into control group and study group according to the 1∶1 random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple arthroscopic lateral discoid meniscus partial resection,and the study group was treated with arthroscopic lateral discoid meniscus partial resection combined with lower limb forcewire alignment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 month and 1 year after operation,the lower limb forcewire of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the Lysholm and International Knee Documentation Commitee(IKDC)scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P=0.074).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic lateral discoid meniscus partial resection combined with lower limb forcewire alignment in the treatment of patients with lateral discoid meniscus has a good effect.
