基于健康信念的护理干预结合互动达标式康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者康复方案执行及自护能力的影响

Effects of nursing intervention based on health belief combined with interactive standard rehabilitation nursing on the implementation of rehabilitation plan and self-care ability of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨基于健康信念的护理干预结合互动达标式康复护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2022年3月收治的120例COPD患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组施以基于健康信念的护理干预结合互动达标式康复护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的合理饮食、康复训练、遵医嘱用药执行率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自护能力测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的呼气峰流速(PEF)、最大肺活量(VCmax)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于健康信念的护理干预结合互动达标式康复护理可提高COPD患者康复方案执行率和自护能力,促进肺功能改善,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on health belief combined with interactive standard rehabilitation nursing in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 120 COPD patients admitted from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on health belief combined with interactive standard rehabilitation nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the implementation rates of reasonable diet,rehabilitation training and medication according to medical advice in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the peak expiratory flow(PEF)and maximum vital capacity(VCmax)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on health belief combined with interactive standard rehabilitation nursing can improve the implementation rate of rehabilitation plan and self-care ability of COPD patients,and promote the improvement of lung function,which is worthy of promotion.
