大直径煤仓围岩稳定性控制技术研究与应用

摘要 根据鹤煤三矿三水平煤仓受采动影响造成煤仓频繁破坏的实际情况,通过对煤仓变形特征分析,提出了“锚网喷+扎筋+浇注混凝土”支护方案,利用FLAC^(3D)数值软件对支护方案进行了优化,确定了最终方案。现场实践表明,该支护方案加强了煤仓围岩与支护体承载的强度,增强了煤仓主动承载能力,有效控制了煤仓的收敛变形及仓壁垮落现象,大大减少了维修量,提高了煤仓的服务年限。 According to the actual situation of frequent damage to the coal bunker caused by mining influence in the third level coal bunker of Hemei No.3 Mine,and through analysis of the deformation characteristics of the coal bunker,a"anchor net spraying+fastening rebar+pouring concrete"support scheme is proposed.The support scheme is optimized using FLAC^(3D) numerical software and the final scheme is determined.The on-site practice shows that this support scheme enhances the bearing strength of the coal bunker surrounding rock and support body,enhances the active bearing capacity of the coal bunker,effectively controls the convergence deformation of the coal bunker and collapse phenomenon of the bunker wall,greatly reduces maintenance quantity,and improves the service life of the coal bunker.
