基于激光测量的输送机低能耗运行控制系统的研究

摘要 针对李楼煤矿带式输送机运输系统在运行过程中主要采用的是额定最大速度运行模式,无法根据输送带上的煤量情况实时调整带速,实际运行时存在输送带满载率时高时低不稳定,带式输送机的运行成本相对较高的问题,从提高效率、降低能耗、减少磨损、提高使用寿命出发,提出了基于激光测量的煤量精确识别系统及变频调速系统改造方案,利用激光分割技术和激光条纹中心提取算法实现了对输送带上煤量的精确识别;利用变频调速和闭环反馈控制技术实现了带式输送机在运行过程中根据煤量自动调节带速。实际应用表明,改造后煤量识别系统对煤量的识别偏差为±1.1%,同等条件下将输送带的运行速度降低了24.8%,提高了带式输送机输送效率和运行的经济性。 In view of the fact that the belt conveyor transportation system in Lilou Coal Mine mainly adopts the rated maximum speed operation mode during the operation process,which cannot adjust the belt speed in real time according to the coal quantity condition on the conveyor belt.In the actual operation,there exists problems that the full load rate of the conveyor belt is sometimes high and sometimes low,and the operation cost of the conveyor is relatively high.Starting from improving efficiency,reducing energy consumption,reducing wear and tear,and improving the service life,a coal quantity accurate identification system based on laser measurement and a frequency conversion speed regulation system renovation scheme are proposed.The precise identification of coal quantity on the conveyor belt is achieved using laser segmentation technology and laser stripe center extraction algorithm;The use of frequency conversion speed regulation and closed-loop feedback control technology enables the conveyor to automatically adjust the belt speed according to the coal quantity during the operation process.The practical application shows that after the transformation,the coal quantity recognition system has a deviation of±1.1%in coal quantity recognition.Under the same conditions,the operating speed of the conveyor belt is reduced by 24.8%,the conveying efficiency and operation economy of the belt conveyor are improved.
