微创全瓷贴面在前牙缺损修复中的应用效果

Application of Minimally Invasive All-porcelain Veneer in the Repair of Anterior Tooth Defects

目的:探讨微创全瓷贴面在前牙缺损修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月南京德牙联合口腔医院收治的前牙缺损修复患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组应用传统全瓷贴面修复,观察组应用微创全瓷贴面修复。比较两组修复效果。结果:观察组修复成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。观察组外形美观、颜色匹配、牙面质地、边缘适应性能力A级占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙槽骨垂直吸收量小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。结论:微创全瓷贴面在前牙缺损修复中的应用效果确切,可提升粘接效果与美学效果,减少牙槽骨吸收量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of minimally invasive all-porcelain veneer in the repair of anterior tooth defects.Methods:A total of 80 patients with anterior tooth defect repair admitted to Nanjing Deya Union Dental Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional all-porcelain veneer repair,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive all-porcelain veneer repair.The repair effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The repair success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036).The proportion of appearance,color matching,tooth surface texture and edge adaptability grade A in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The vertical absorption of alveolar bone in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive all-porcelain veneer in the repair of anterior tooth defects has a definite effect,which can improve the bonding effect and aesthetic effect,reduce the amount of alveolar bone absorption and reduce the incidence of complications.
