摘要
目的:分析急性上消化道出血患者采用胃镜下止血治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月贵阳市息烽县人民医院收治的80例急性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组采用胃镜下止血治疗方案。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。治疗前,两组血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血红蛋白水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组止血时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、大便潜血转阴时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:胃镜下止血治疗急性上消化道出血的临床效果显著,可快速止血,避免失血过多,促进患者恢复。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of gastroscopic hemostasis in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to Guiyang Xifeng County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with gastroscopic hemostasis.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hemoglobin level between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the hemoglobin level of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostatic time,bowel sound recovery time and fecal occult blood conversion time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Gastroscopic hemostasis has remarkable clinical effect in treating acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,which can quickly stop bleeding,avoid excessive blood loss and promote patients'recovery.
