小青龙汤联合俞募配穴敷贴治疗支气管哮喘的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Combined with Shu-mu Acupoint Application in Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的:分析支气管哮喘患者采用小青龙汤配合俞募配穴敷贴治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月张掖市民乐县中医医院收治的120例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用小青龙汤配合俞募配穴敷贴治疗。比较两组疗效、肺功能、中医症状积分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组咳嗽咳痰、喘息胸闷、乏力倦怠、腰酸肢软积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤联合俞募配穴敷贴治疗支气管哮喘的效果较好,可缓解患者临床症状,改善肺功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Shu-mu acupoint application in patientswith bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 120 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Zhangye City Minle County Hospital ofTraditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into controlgroup and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group wastreated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction combined withShu-mu acupoint application.The efficacy,lung function and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were compared be-tween the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the controlgroup,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second,forcedvital capacity,and the ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity in the two groups were higher thanthose before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough and expectoration,gasping and chest distress,weaknessand fatigue,soreness of loins and extremity soft in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Shu-mu acupoint application has good effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma,and canalleviate clinical symptoms and improve lung function.
