自拟疏风解痉止咳汤联合消风止咳颗粒治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Self-prepared Shufeng Jiejing Zhike Decoction Combined with Xiaofeng Zhike Granules on Cough Variant Asthma

目的:分析自拟疏风解痉止咳汤联合消风止咳颗粒治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月庆阳市中医医院收治的74例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各37例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用自拟疏风解痉止咳汤联合消风止咳颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组咳嗽症状评分及呼气高峰流量低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组嗜酸性粒细胞计数、嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白、白细胞介素-5水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组呼吸阻力、最小诱发累积剂量、传导率下降斜率低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟疏风解痉止咳汤联合消风止咳颗粒治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果显著,可有效缓解患者咳嗽症状,改善呼吸功能,减轻炎性反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of self-prepared Shufeng Jiejing Zhike Decoction combined with XiaofengZhike granules in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:A total of 74 patients with cough variant asthma admitted toQingyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomlydivided into control group and study group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional westernmedicine,and the study group was treated with self-prepared Shufeng Jiejing Zhike Decoction combined with Xiaofeng Zhikegranules.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of cough symptoms and peakexpiratory flow of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the eosinophil count,eosinophil cationic protein and interleukin-5 levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the slope of respiratory resistance,minimum induced cumulative dose andconductivity decline in the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,withstatistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of self-prepared Shufeng Jiejing Zhike Decoction combined withXiaofeng Zhike granules in the treatment of cough variant asthma is remarkable,which can effectively relieve cough symptoms,improve respiratory function and reduce inflammatory response.
