针灸、推拿联合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Acupuncture,Moxibustion,Massage Combined with Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:分析腰椎间盘突出症患者采用针灸、推拿联合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月张掖市民乐县中医医院收治的122例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各61例。对照组采用针灸、推拿治疗,联合组在对照组基础上采用身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗。比较两组腰椎功能、中医证候积分、临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组下肢麻木、跟腱反射、膝反射评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组下肢麻木、跟腱反射、膝反射评分高于治疗前,且联合组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组活动受限、疼痛、下肢麻木、肌力下降积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组活动受限、疼痛、下肢麻木、肌力下降积分低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015 3)。结论:针灸、推拿联合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状,提升临床疗效。

Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture,moxibustion,massage combined with modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 122 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Zhangye City Minle County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and combined group according to random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion and massage and the combined group was treated with modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of control group.The lumbar spine function,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of lower limb numbness,Achilles tendon reflex,and knee reflex between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of lower limb numbness,Achilles tendon reflex,and knee reflex in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of limited mobility,pain,lower limb numbness,and decreased muscle strength between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of limited mobility,pain,lower limb numbness,and decreased muscle strength in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015 3).Conclusion:Acupuncture,moxibustion,massage combined with modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction is significantly effective in treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and can effectively relieve clinical symptoms of patients,and improve clinical efficacy.
