血样采集部位及采血后检测时间对血常规检验结果的影响

Influence of Blood Sample Collection Site and Post-Collection Testing Time on Blood Routine Test Results

目的:分析血样采集部位及采血后检测时间对血常规检验结果的影响。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年8月于江苏盛泽医院行血常规检验的门诊患者87例作为研究对象,对患者进行静脉采血和末梢采血。比较不同血样采集部位血常规检验结果及不同检测时间静脉血血常规检验结果。结果:静脉血样白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(Hb)水平低于末梢血样,血小板计数(PLT)高于末梢血样,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。静脉血样1、2、3号WBC、PLT、RBC、Hb水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血样采集部位影响血常规检验结果,且不同检测时间对血常规检验结果无明显影响,临床检验血常规应以静脉为首选采血部位。

Objective:To analyze the influence of blood sample collection site and post-collection testing time on blood routine test results.Methods:A total of 87 outpatient patients who underwent blood routine test at Jiangsu Shengze Hospital from November 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The venous blood samples and peripheral blood samples of patients were taken.The blood routine test results of different sample collection sites and the blood routine test results of venous blood samples at different testing time points were compared.Results:The levels of white blood cell count(WBC),red blood cell count(RBC) and hemoglobin concentration(Hb) in venous blood samples were lower than those in peripheral blood samples,and the platelet count(PLT) in venous blood samples was higher than that in peripheral blood samples,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the levels of WBC,PLT,RBC and Hb in venous blood samples 1,2 and 3(P>0.05).Conclusion:The blood sample collection site affects the blood routine test results,and different testing time points have no significant impact on the blood routine test results.Vein blood is preferred in clinical laboratory of blood routine test.
