经腹部彩色多普勒超声与经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜癌的价值分析

Value of Transabdominal Color Doppler Ultrasound and Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Endometrial Carcinoma

目的:分析经腹部彩色多普勒超声与经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜癌的价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月南京市高淳人民医院收治的疑似子宫内膜癌患者78例作为研究对象,受试者均进行经腹部彩色多普勒超声与经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,以病理检查结果为“金标准”,比较经腹部彩色多普勒超声与经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对子宫内膜癌的诊断效能。结果:病理结果显示,78例疑似子宫内膜癌患者中,阳性72例(占比92.31%)。经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜癌的灵敏度、准确率高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经腹部彩色多普勒超声与经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜癌的特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相较于经腹部彩色多普勒超声,经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜癌的灵敏度、准确率更高,值得临床应用并推广。

Objective:To analyze the value of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:A total of 78 patients with suspected endometrial cancer admitted to Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All subjects underwent transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.Using the results of pathological examination as the "gold standard",the diagnostic efficacy of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in endometrial carcinoma was compared.Results:Pathological results showed that 72 cases(92.31%) of 78 suspected endometrial cancer patients were positive.The sensitivity and accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma were higher than those of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value between transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has higher sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
