围术期综合护理在小儿扁桃体炎护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing in Nursing of Children with Tonsillitis

目的:分析围术期综合护理在小儿扁桃体炎护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年1月于泰安市妇幼保健院行手术治疗的86例扁桃体炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组实施围术期常规护理,观察组实施围术期综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组疼痛消失时间,体温恢复时间,食欲不振、全身酸痛、呕吐等伴随症状消失时间,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。护理后,两组生理、学习、情感、活力评分及总分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期综合护理在小儿扁桃体炎护理中的应用效果显著,可促进患儿恢复,减轻术后疼痛,减少并发症,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in the nursing of children with tonsillitis.Methods:A total of 86 children with tonsillitis who underwent surgical treatment in Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group implemented perioperative routine nursing and the observation group implemented perioperative comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The pain disappearance time,body temperature recovery time,the disappearance time of concomitant symptoms such as poor appetite,body aches and vomiting,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).After nursing,the physiological,learning,emotional,vitality scores and total scores in two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative comprehensive nursing has significant application effect in the nursing of children with tonsillitis,and can promote the recovery of children,alleviate postoperative pain,reduce complications,and improve quality of life.
