互动式支持干预在粪菌移植患者护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Interactive Support Intervention in Nursing Care of Patients with Fecal Bacteria Transplantation

目的:分析互动式支持干预在粪菌移植患者护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月于南宁市第一人民医院行粪菌移植治疗的患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施互动式支持干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组焦虑、睡眠质量评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,两组依从性、自我护理能力、生活质量评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理有效率、护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:互动式支持干预在粪菌移植患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提升患者依从性及自我护理能力,缓解负性情绪,改善睡眠质量,提高生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application value of interactive support intervention in nursing care of patients with fecalbacteria transplantation.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent fecal bacteria transplantation in Nanning First People'sHospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and studygroup according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,andthe study group received interactive support intervention based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups wascompared.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety and sleep quality in the two groups were lower than before nursing,and thestudy group was lower than the control group,the scores of compliance,self-care ability and quality of life in the two groups werehigher than before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of interactive support intervention in the nursing ofpatients with fecal bacteria transplantation has significant effects,which can improve patients' compliance and self-care ability,relieve negative emotions,improve sleep quality,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
