摘要
目的:分析全程心理护理联合健康教育应用于肺炎患儿的效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年6月东南大学附属中大医院收治的94例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施全程心理护理联合健康教育。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组患儿医疗操作恐惧、医疗环境恐惧、人际关系恐惧、自我恐惧评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,两组呼吸峰流速、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组检查配合、治疗配合、护理配合、活动量、饮食依从性评分高于对照组,体温恢复时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、气促消失时间、X线阴影消失时间、白细胞计数恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:全程心理护理联合健康教育干预可减轻肺炎患儿的医疗恐惧程度,提升其治疗依从性,使临床症状体征快速转归,改善患儿肺功能。
Objective:To analyze the effect of whole-process psychological nursing combined with health education in pneumonia children.Methods:A total of 94 children with pneumonia admitted to Zhongda Hospital,Southeast University from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received whole-process psychological nursing combined with health education on the basis of control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of children in fear of medical operation,fear of medical environment,fear of interpersonal relationship and self-fear in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the peak expiratory flow rate,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in 1 second in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of examination cooperation,treatment cooperation,nursing cooperation,activity level and dietary compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the body temperature recovery time,cough disappearance time,pulmonary rales disappearance time,shortness of breath disappearance time,X-ray shadow disappearance time,white blood cell count recovery time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The combination of wholeprocess psychological nursing and health education intervention can reduce level of medical fear in children with pneumonia,improve their treatment compliance,promote the rapid recovery of clinical symptoms and signs,and improve lung function.
