综合护理在无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing in Painless Gastroscopy

目的:分析在无痛胃镜检查中应用综合护理的效果。方法:选取2023年3—6月于如皋市石庄镇卫生院进行胃镜检查的患者600例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各300例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组血压、心率、检查用时、负性情绪、不良反应发生情况。结果:检查前10 min、检查后30 min,观察组收缩压、舒张压及心率低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组检查用时短于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.001)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论:无痛胃镜检查中应用综合护理,可稳定患者血压、心率,缩短检查时间,缓解患者负性情绪,降低不良反应发生风险。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in painless gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 600 patients who underwent gastroscopy in Rugao City Shizhuang Town Health Center from March 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 300 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing.Blood pressure,heart rate,examination time,negative emotion,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 10 min before examination and 30 min after examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in painless gastroscopy can stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate of patients,shorten the examination time,alleviate patients' negative emotions,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
