整体护理在白内障合并青光眼患者围术期护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Holistic Care in Perioperative Care for Patients with Cataract and Glaucoma

目的:分析整体护理在白内障合并青光眼患者围术期护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年5月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的76例白内障合并青光眼患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施整体护理。比较两组护理满意度、眼压及视力、负性情绪。结果:研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组眼压低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,两组视力高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理在白内障合并青光眼患者围术期护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者视力,降低眼压,缓解负性情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application value of holistic care in perioperative care for patients with cataract and glaucoma.Methods:A total of 76 patients with cataract and glaucoma admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine care,and the study group implemented holistic care.Nursing satisfaction,intraocular pressure,visual acuity,and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the intraocular pressure in the two groups was lower than that before nursing,and intraocular pressure in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while the visual acuity in the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the visual acuity in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of holistic care in perioperative care for patients with cataract and glaucoma has a significant effect,which can improve patients' visual acuity,reduce intraocular pressure,alleviate negative emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
